* It is important that all customers understand that a custom piece is not made quickly. In addition, things can happen to slow progress down too. Please assure yourself that we are working on the list, and that your name is making it's way to the top of the build schedule. We will get to your order when we can, but the estimate could be, and most likely will be, "off" from the projected delivery date. Things such as order changes, additional cabinets added to existing orders once the name makes it to the top of the list, machine/equipment breakdowns, phone calls, voice mail/email replies, etc. all take time away from building your piece. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
